It usually takes 1-2 Weeks from order date depending on demand, please organise a key for access i.e., Site office, Neighbour or in safe a place.

It costs £195 for the installation and equipment, it also includes the first 12 months internet connection.

The renewal is £140, we will send you an email and text message with the renewal link before your current plan expires.

Contact us within 30 days of your installation or subscription renewal date, you can request a refund, after this the annual subscription is non-refundable.

Your WIFI router will be installed close to your TV, you can connect multiple devices via WIFI and you can also connect some hard wired devices.

We do offer a PAYG service at some parks, but this would be on the touring areas. Check your Wifi setting’s for “SelectwifiAP” to see if you can get connected.
